We make solid wood stair treads from only hand-picked lumber that our shop manager deems appropriate for the job. Using high pressure clamping and water proof glues make our steps structurally very strong. We have made steps of many species of wood, many colors or stain, different styles, interior steps and exterior steps, different thickness and sizes. We haven’t had a challenge we couldn’t meet yet. Custom steps is our main product and we treat it very seriously, whether is a simple stair case in your home or the antique palatial stair case like the one in the reception hall of The Tremont House in Galveston, we can meet the challenge.
